Special Forum: Proxy Contest at CSX Corporation

This webcast will provide a forum for investors to hear from both sides of the highly contentious proxy contest at CSX Corporation. CSX executives and representatives of dissident shareholders The Children's Investment Fund (TCI) and 3G Capital Partners will make the case for their respective slates of directors.

Speakers for CSX will include Michael Ward, Chairman, President and CEO, Oscar Munoz, Executive Vice President and CFO, Ellen M. Fitzsimmons, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary, Donna M. Alvarado, Director, and Edward J. Kelly, Presiding Director.

For the dissidents, speakers will include Snehal Amin, founding partner of TCI, as well as TCI/3G board nominees Alexandre Behring, Managing Director at 3G Capital Partners, and Gilbert Lamphere, Managing Director at Lamphere Capital Management.

In order to provide both sides with ample opportunity to speak and to field questions from the audience, this webcast will run two hours from 11:00am through 1:00pm EDT.
