Policy Perspectives for 2010

This special two-part webcast will provide valuable insight about the key corporate governance issues facing investors and issuers in 2010.

The first half, presented by RiskMetrics Group's Martha Carter, Head of Governance Research, and Patrick McGurn, Special Counsel, will give an overview of updates to RiskMetrics' benchmark proxy voting policies for 2010. Debra Sisti, RiskMetrics Group’s Head of Canadian Governance Research, will update the audience on Canada's 2010 policies and issues.

The second half is part of our Governance Exchange program for investors, boards and management. A panel of leading institutional investors will provide their perspectives on how they are approaching key corporate governance issues for the 2010 season. The panel is moderated by Patrick McGurn and includes distinguished speakers:
