Rob Fraser is a software architect for RiskMetrics Group’s Risk Management unit. In this role, he oversees the design of RiskMetrics Group’s software services and long-term technology strategy. Fraser is a founding member of RiskMetrics Group having previously worked for BAE Systems, Swiss Bank Corporation and JP Morgan.

During his tenure with RiskMetrics Group, Fraser established the RiskMetrics European and Middle East Institutional Business and was responsible for the development of the company's ASP and Web Services business. Fraser is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, with a BEng in Aerospace Systems, and a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics.
