2008 Policy Survey

Feedback from our institutional clients on emerging corporate governance policy issues is a key part of RiskMetrics' annual policy update process. For the 2008-09 update, we are soliciting feedback through six regional surveys specific to the United States, other American markets, Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom, as well as a general international survey addressing issues affecting all markets outside the United States.

This year, we are expanding our survey universe to include views from corporate issuers, all of whom are directly impacted by the corporate governance standards collectively set by RiskMetrics and its 1700 institutional clients.
