Policy Board

The ISS Policy Board works to ensure that all voting policies are developed and applied within a framework of corporate governance best practices. Along with the heads of each research discipline, members of the senior leadership team participate on the board to bring a level of business practicality and market understanding to the way in which policies are developed and implemented.

The Policy Board and our research sub-committees meet throughout the year to discuss, analyze and weigh every decision that results in a corporate governance policy. The Policy Board's decisions are finalized with ISS Governance Services' ongoing commitment to transparency and all decisions and rationale are shared broadly with the investment community and industry constituents.
