New paradigm for engagement and discussion between stakeholders

An industry first, Governance Exchange provides online discussion forums to facilitate constructive dialogue on corporate governance issues. These forums enable community members to share and advance their own ideas and experiences, improving overall understanding of different perspectives on corporate governance. Members also have access to a diverse range of corporate governance viewpoints and research through webcasts, white papers, surveys, and expert analysis.

If you are not a member of our three core constituencies, you may still participate in these ways:

  • Submit white papers and reports that you have written on corporate governance topics (including such topics as board-shareholder dialogue, compensation, proxy season issues and proxy voting operations). If we select your paper, we will post it on your behalf on Governance Exchange for all members to see.
  • Volunteer to join our roster of experts, who field questions from Governance Exchange members on technical topics involving compensation, voting operations, and laws and regulations relating to corporate governance.
  • Propose a topic and volunteer to speak on a future webcast. Webcasts are open to the public on a quarterly basis.
