Your Guide to COP15 – Copenhagen at a Glance

From December 7 – 18 2009, leaders from around the world will meet in Copenhagen for the 15th Conference of the Parties (COP-15) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The ultimate goal of COP-15 is to establish an international climate change treaty that builds on the Kyoto agreement, due to expire in 2012, which sets both a global GHG emissions reduction target and individual country targets.
